Information for Parents and Carers

Everyone has a role to play in keeping our schools safe and helping to stop the spread of COVID-19. Further information can be found here.

We would like to reassure our patients that whilst the Health Centre doors remain closed the surgery is still very much open and our DRs, Nurses and surgery staff are working very hard to assist all our patients. To protect our patients and everyone working in the Health Centre we are working in a different way. If you have any health concerns the Dr or Practice Nurses can give you a call and if they feel that you need to be seen you will either be asked to come to the surgery or be referred to the Covid Centre.
If you have any Covid symptoms then you can organise a test by going on line to www.nhs.uk/ask-for-a-coronavirus-test

All patients/visitors must wear a face mask or face covering on entering the Health Centre

Entry to the HC is strictly by appointment only. Entry and exit is only through the staff entrance on the far side of the building beside the staff car park. Please contact the relevant department/service to let them know you are here and you will be met by a member of staff
